Most couples are happy in their marriage
According to a new survey of married couples, over 90% of them are happy in their marriage, and 17% would go so far as to say their relationship was 'perfect', reports the Daily Mail.
The survey, which was carried out by online dating service eHarmony, also found that shared family values was thought to be the most important factor in a successful relationship, with shared goals and a sense of humour following closely behind.
On average, couples spent around 60% of their spare time together. Just over half of women surveyed said that spending time away from their partner was good for their relationship, and around 30% admitted that spending all their spare time with their partner would be annoying. Over 30% of men however said they would be happy to spend all their free time with their wives.
