Kim Kardashian signs prenuptial agreement

American celebrity Kim Kardashian and her new husband have signed a prenuptial agreement in order to protect their assets in the event of a divorce, reports the LA Times. 
Both parties are wealthy in their own right. Kim has an estimated personal fortune of around $35million, while her husband, NBA player Kris Humphries, is worth between $8 – $16million. According to the LA Times, they both have the potential to earn considerably more in the future.
