Vanessa Bryant, who is currently divorcing American basketball player Kobe Bryant, could be entitled to up to half of the couple's community property, as it has been suggested the couple do not have a prenuptial agreement in place, reports the LA Times.

Kobe Bryant, who was the National Basketball Association's highest paid player last season, is worth an estimated $150 million. Ms. Bryant filed for divorce at the end of last year on the grounds of 'irreconcilable differences.”

The marriage lasted ten years, which, under California law, is classified as a 'lengthy' marriage, says the LA Times. This entitles Ms. Bryant to maintain her standard of living after the divorce.
