Russell Crowe's prenup comes into play

Following the news that Russell Crowe and Danielle Spencer are to divorce, news sites have been reporting that the couple signed a prenuptial agreement when they got married in 2003.

According to The Australian, under the terms of their prenup, Ms Spencer is entitled to a divorce settlement of at least $15 million as the marriage lasted more than the required three years. Both of the couple's two children are reported to have a trust fund worth $3 million.

Mr Crowe is estimated to have a personal fortune in excess of $80 million.
